Rev. Kelvin Sim is the founder and pioneer of Life Solution Christian Church. He has more than 35 years of ministry experience throughout South East Asia and Australia. Currently, he serves as the Senior Minister of Life Solution Christian Church. Rev. Kelvin Sim holds a Bachelor of Theology from Bible College of Malaysia and also Masters of Ministry from Theological Centre of Asia, Singapore. He is passionate in preaching, teaching and discipling people with the uncompromising Word of God.

Michael Hong has been a member of Life Solution Christian Church since 2013. He faithfully serves in both the worship and ushering department.  Michael holds a double degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington. He has over 20 years of legal and financial experience in New Zealand and Australia. He currently runs his own private law firm in Melbourne, Australia.

Mandy Zhong first joined Life Solution Christian Church in 2008 and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour not too long after that. She currently serves on the worship team as a keyboardist and worship leader and serves in the youth ministry. She holds a Bachelor of Education from RMIT and has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about serving God with her musical ability and aims to use her bilingual skills to serve the Chinese-speaking community.

Krystle Koay first joined Life Solution Christian Church in 2014. She currently serves on the ushering team as well as the worship team as a keyboardist. Krystle holds a Bachelor in Business from La Trobe University Australia, majoring in  Accounting and Management. She is also a Certified Practicing Accountant, being a member of CPA Australia. Krystle has over 10 years of experience in finance and administration.

Sean Sim first joined Life Solution Christian Church in 2008. He currently serves as the Youth and Young Adults Coordinator,  Bible study Fascilitator and preaches regularly for Sunday Service. Sean holds a Bachelor of Radiography and Medical Imaging from Monash University Australia, Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound from Monash University Australia and also a Graduate Certicate in Christian Studies from Bible College of Malaysia. Sean currently  works in the public health accumalating over 10 years of experience in both the health industry and church ministry.
